take a short break!

I'm going to make my short break to one of the South Province of Vietnam, Pham Thiet for 2 days. I been there once, with Singapore colleague round trip in the same day, took total 8 hours drive. damn tired and not fun at all.

This trip happen due to one of my colleague and 4 of their friends having same birthday in this December, some of them were born in the same day even. Thus make this trip happen with a big group of friends, 11pax. One of the schedule is mountain trekking to pray the God Of Mercy, 2 hours in estimation. I been lazying for work-out, am i well prepared for this challenge? I can make it in Nepal, so do in Pham Thiet!

My energy become lesser and lesser nowadays, i concluded it by long long time i did not take a break since Nepal trip. Yah! why not give myself a short break? for body and mind relaxing!

Unfortunately i feel not good these few days, tiring and seems going to be sick. And something has come to my mind.... Is God testing me now? Is God giving me a signal not to go Pham Thiet?

Anyhow, i'll try to make this short holiday happens.....

pls be patience and wait for my trip report yah!

爱心home-made cookies & jawa noodles

这一趟回家，差一点纳不出时间去拜访疼我的aunts & uncles 们，幸亏有一群堂姐表妹们的相约，才有幸尝到了aunts所做的home-made cookies & jawa noodles... Ehm! Yummy!

Jawa Noodles - 到目前为止，我还没找到一档jawa noodles可以和它相比。用料决不吝啬，蕃薯，马苓薯，辣椒。。。。真不敢相信我竟然吃了一大碗公，撑到饱！谢谢你，三姑！因为有你，我尝到了美味的jawa noodles. haha! 好幸福哦！

而且，我也成功偷师了（在很久以前）。。hooray!

看着看着这些pictures，假如心血来潮，说不定我会在这里试一试一下手艺哦，只是有点担心旧未下厨而失手，那要苦了我那一班co-workers了，当了我的白老鼠！

我是有点选吃，可能源自家族吧！个个aunts都是那么精于厨艺，口都养叼了。介绍一下，不是我爱炫哦，以下是另一位aunt的home-made cookies哦！假如你是住在北海一带，那你就有可能买的到my aunt做的cookies & 糕点了。因为有她，我更有口福了。

她做的每一道糕点我都喜欢吃，最最想念的是她做的ribbon甜面包，新鲜出炉不加防腐剂。但现在很难吃的到了。还有还有新年才有的peanut cookies, 很香又不油腻。新年将至，肯定又是aunt & uncle最繁忙的时刻了。幸苦了，Uncle San & 小姑！p/s: 记得要留一罐peanut cookies给我哦！
